About DPS
Dental IT expertise. A personal understanding of your practice.
Since 2006, Digital Practice Solutions has helped dental teams manage the technology behind patient care. Our approach combines hands-on IT experience with firsthand knowledge of what it takes to own and operate a dental practice.
Founded in Northern Virginia. Serving dental practices since 2006.
Your practice should never feel like just another account.
When technology interrupts your day, you need someone who listens, understands the problem, and can explain what happens next.
At DPS, we take the time to learn how your practice works and what matters to your team. We care about resolving the issue in front of you and understanding what can be improved for the future.
You should feel comfortable asking questions, discussing concerns, and getting clear guidance from people who know dental technology.
Understanding dentistry from both sides of the business.
Armin founded DPS in Northern Virginia in 2006, bringing a personal connection to dentistry through his family and his wife, a dentist.
Today, he also owns and operates a dental practice with his wife in Northern Virginia. That experience gives him a direct understanding of the decisions practice owners face: where to invest, how to manage costs, and how to keep the office functioning when the schedule is full.
Having supported many startup practices, and gone through opening a practice of his own, Armin understands how many people and decisions must come together. His experience includes working with contractors, designers, equipment specialists, software providers, and marketing companies throughout the process.
That perspective shapes how DPS advises its clients. A technology recommendation needs to make sense for the practice using it, the team supporting it, and the owner paying for it.
Helping dentists make better decisions.
Opening and running a practice involves significant financial commitments. It can be easy for IT infrastructure, security, and recovery planning to receive less attention than the more visible parts of the office.
Armin has seen how those early decisions can affect a practice long after installation: recurring problems, difficult upgrades, gaps in protection, or uncertainty when a server fails.
His goal is to help dentists understand their options, weigh the tradeoffs, and make decisions that support the practice over time.
DPS brings that same thinking to established offices: reviewing what is already in place, explaining what needs attention, and recommending changes with a clear purpose.
Reliable people. Clear answers. Responsive support.
Technical knowledge matters. So does the way your team is treated when they ask for help.
Reliable
We work to be a consistent resource for your practice, with an organized approach to support and the systems your team relies on.
Dependable
We take ownership of the next steps, coordinate with relevant vendors, and follow through on work that needs attention.
Responsive
We understand that a technology issue can affect a waiting patient, a busy front desk, or an entire operatory. Our team approaches those concerns with attention and clear communication.
You do not need to speak IT to get useful answers. We explain problems and recommendations in language your team can understand.
The DPS difference is in how we approach your practice.
Dental experience that informs the work
Two decades of dental IT experience help us understand the connections between practice software, imaging, workstations, networks, and daily workflows.
Time spent understanding the environment
We review how systems are configured, where data is stored, and which problems keep returning. That context helps us make informed recommendations and provide more effective support.
Modern technology, thoughtfully managed
We use enterprise-grade infrastructure, management tools, and security platforms with attention to configuration, compatibility, and ongoing care.
Planning beyond the immediate fix
We consider maintenance, security, recovery, and future needs alongside the issue at hand, helping practices build a more manageable technology environment.
